  Medical staff is fantastic. Dr. Richards is super nice and great at what he does. The problem is the accounting department. I was billed for a treatment that they were suppose to bill to my insurance and after a lot of back and forth I ended up paying them. A couple years down the road I got a letter from a collection agency saying I never paid them and then shortly after that a lawsuit slapped against me. No attempt had been made to address the matter of my alleged missed payment with me directly despite the fact that my contact info hadn't changed in 4 years. All attempts for clarity to peacefully resolve the matter were ignored.
