  It's definitely a motel, nothing fancy or luxurious. But it's clean by motel standards, and the rooms are fairly nice as well. Not large or luxurious, but comfortable and safe. I stayed there for three weeks and never felt unsafe about my parked car or room. The staff is very nice and accommodating, as well.
  
  The rooms are clean and I never saw any bugs, but they are definitely cleaned to motel standards. If a bit of dust and dirt in the corners and some real amateur renovation work are fine by you, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap room. It's also across the street from Fred Meyers, which helps to make longer stays very convenient.
